This years Event will be held October 28th, 2015 at the Alpine Shooting Range. Shooting, meals, golf cart, and door prizes while supporting our industry, does it get any better?

Registration begins at 7am

 

 

Event Schedule

7:00 AM – 8:30 AM – Morning Registration
8:30 AM – Morning Flight shotgun start
1:00 PM – Awards and Door prizes – must be present to win

10:00 AM – 12:30 PM - Afternoon Registration
12:30 PM – Afternoon Flight shotgun start
5:00 PM – Afternoon Awards and Door Prizes – must be present to win

7:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Breakfast
10:30 AM – 1:30 PM – Lunch
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM Barbecue Dinner

7:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Shooting Instructors – Free

*** Dinner Sponsor - The former sponsor for the Sporting Clays Event Dinner will not be able to provide the dinner this year. The dinner has historically been a BBQ pork chop.  In the past, we have had approximately 260 people attend the dinner. If your organization is willing to provide the meal, please contact Bob Tuttle via email at rtuttle@ntglobal.com.  Preference will be given to the first applicant. (Sponsorship Filled!)

We ask that you do not provide food or beverages, as that will be provided by our food and beverage sponsors.

  • Manned Station ($500) - Your company logo will be displayed on all event fliers, a yard sign with your company logo will also be provided and verbal recognition during the giveaway portion of the event. You are free to set up a tent and/or table to provide snacks, beverages, giveaways, marketing paraphernalia, company info, games, etc… No alcohol is to be provided. You have the option to choose your stations; however, setting up by Main Tent will NOT be allowed this year. Also, each station sponsor will now be provided with one golf cart per station sponsored. If desired and available, multiple station sponsorships will be permitted.
  • Unmanned Station ($500) - Your company logo will be displayed on all event fliers, a yard sign with your company logo will also be provided and verbal recognition during the giveaway portion of the event.
