2019 NTGPA September Lunch & Learn


The presentation will focus on the principals of oxidization, the variety of technologies available in the marketplace with a specific focus on Amine Tail Gas Treating.  There will be a focus on the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO), its components, its operation and a in depth discussion on the advantages/ disadvantages  of selecting an RTO for Amine Tail Gas Treating.  In addition, there will be focus on Vapor Combustors, its components, its operation and advantages/disadvantages of selecting a VC for Amine Tail Gas Treating. 


Guest Speaker

Scott BayonDirector of Sales, Anguil Environmental Systems


As a Director of Sales for Anguil Environmental Systems, Scott is responsible for technical sales and application of the company's air pollution control systems.  He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering and over 15 years of experience applying Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs), as well as Direct-Fired, Catalytic and Thermal Recuperative oxidizers for the destruction of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) and odorous air emissions. 

Scott is intimately familiar with the oil and gas industries having worked with multiple natural gas processing facilities to reduce their emissions using various oxidizer technologies custom designed to the process conditions.
