    Steve Reese – President, Reese Consulting, Inc. 

Steve Reese is President and CEO of Reese Energy Consulting and Reese Energy Training. With 35+ years of experience in upstream, midstream and downstream processes, energy marketing and energy research, Steve is one of the industry’s most recognized authorities in the crude oil, natural gas, NGLs and LNG industries. His expertise spans every major U.S. producing basin, where he is sought out by the nation’s leading oil and gas producers and midstream firms. As a frequent speaker and blogger on midstream operations, crude oil and natural gas, Steve has gained a large and loyal following on his unique perspectives of current trends and standout players in the Permian, Eagle Ford, Midcontinent, DJ and other areas. He also serves as Publisher of the Reese Midstream Report. Steve and his family make their home in Edmond, Okla.

 


 

  Matt Hagerty – BTU Analytics

Matt Hagerty is an Energy Analyst at BTU Analytics, leading the publication of BTU’s Oil Market Outlook, where he forecasts crude pricing and global crude balances, as well as the E&P Positioning Report, where he models well-level economics and undrilled inventory across 11 major shale plays. He also is or was previously responsible for overseeing oil and gas production forecasts out of Texas, the Williston Basin, Rockies and Louisiana. Prior to joining BTU, he was an energy research associate at Bloomberg Intelligence. Matt holds a B.S. in Finance from Tulane University.

 


 

    Duane Morrow – Director, Process Engineering, Jasper Ventures

Duane Morrow is the Director of Process Engineering for Veritas Gas Processing and Operations Manager for Vanguard Processing Solutions. Mr. Morrow received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa and served in the US Naval Submarine Force. He has worked for Jasper Ventures for almost 3 years and has over 24 years of experience. During his time at Jasper Ventures, they have designed and built gas plants that process over 1.5 BCF/day of natural gas. Recently, he assisted with the commissioning and startup of a hydrocarbon dew point conditioning and stabilization plant leased by Viking Dew Point Conditioning, a Jasper Ventures company, to a producer in Anchor Point Alaska.


    Joel Moxley - President & CEO, GPA Midstream

Joel Moxley is president and CEO of GPA Midstream and is responsible for the strategic leadership of the organization. Prior to his appointment, Moxley served as chief commercial officer for Southcross Energy Partners/Southcross Holdings from 2015 - 2019 and was responsible for overseeing the company's gas gathering, gas treating, gas processing, natural gas liquids (NGL) fractionation and gas and NGL marketing assets in Texas, Mississippi and Alabama. Prior to Southcross, Moxley 

led Crestwood Equity Partners as senior vice president, operations services, and served as chief operating officer for Crestwood Midstream Partners. He also has held executive roles focused on commercial activities within Crosstex Energy, Enterprise Products Partners, El Paso Corp. and PG&E Corp. Moxley served as GPA Midstream chairman of the board from 2013 - 2015. Under his leadership, the association opened a Washington, D.C., office to increase the midstream industry's involvement in federal legislative and regulatory issues. More recently, he led a strategic review of the association in 2016 - 2017, which resulted in a number of key changes within the organization that have been implemented within the last two years.

 


 

    Stephen Jeane - Sr. Process Engineer, Parker Hannifin

Stephen Jeane is the Sr. Process Engineer with Parker Hannifin covering the PECO brand of products. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston. Steve’s work history includes working as a Process Engineer at Chemflo, a filter cartridge manufacturing company in Houston and lead engineer at the University of Houston’s diesel emissions research facility. At the U of H, he worked in the study of SCR (selective catalytic reduction) catalyst to reduce NOX emissions from off-road heavy equipment. At Parker Hannifin, Steve’s work has resulted in the award of two patents for new innovation natural gas coalescing technology. Steve currently resides in Mineral Wells with his wife Carolyn.
